Want a salad to accompany delicious food to the festive table? This one will become your favorite. Cool, delicious and aromatic, it fits perfectly with whatever you choose to combine it with.
500g boiled or roast chicken
200g sweet corn
50g pickled cucumber
1 Florin peppers
2 tablespoons dill
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper
You can make this salad with leftover chicken or boil one pound of chicken in enough salted water. Strain from the broth and allow to cool. Remove the skin and bones and cut into small cubes.
Transfer the chicken to a bowl and add the sweet corn, add the rest of the ingredients in small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and add to the salad. Mix thoroughly and leave in the refrigerator for one hour to cool.
Serve in a salad bowl, topped with crushed walnut and pomegranate.
